Erica was born and raised in Santa Fe, where she has spent her entire life. She completed her education at St. Michael's High School and later married her high school sweetheart, forming a loving family with two beautiful children.
After graduating, Erica assumed the role of Operations Manager at her father's HVAC/Plumbing company, a position she successfully held for 14 years. Seeking a new professional path, she ventured into customer service as a Multimedia Consultant at the Santa Fe New Mexican. Her impressive skills and dedication soon caught the attention of Toyota of Santa Fe, who recruited her as a Salesperson. Erica thrived in this role for a few years.
Recently, she made the decision to leave her career in the auto industry, having developed a strong desire to adopt a more personal approach to assisting others. Through networking, Erica discovered an exciting opportunity to join Jamie as a valued State Farm Team Member.
