"They never answer their phone. What value do they add when we can’t get hold off a local agent? The 3 times I’ve called no answer. Called in morning, afternoon, and evening on 3 different dates. Better off working with other agent."

Delivering timely and attentive service to all our clients is a top priority, and I regret that we have not met your expectations in this instance. After a thorough review of our records, I was unable to locate an account under the name “Dave White.” It is possible your policy may be under a different name, which limits my ability to assist without additional details. I did observe multiple calls from the 20th of February as this was recent date in your call log. There was also a third phone call as well, may have been today, but the time appears to have been blacked out, some of the numbers seem to partially obscured for today or the last time you called making it difficult to fully verify all contact attempts. While I do not wish to make excuses, it is possible that both my team member and I were engaged on calls at those times, which may have prevented us from answering immediately. Please be assured that I have carefully reviewed all emails and voicemails from the month of February and did not find any messages from a Dave White. Nevertheless, I am committed to providing assistance and ensuring your concerns are addressed. We are always available via email or text, and I would appreciate the opportunity to connect with you directly. If you could kindly provide the best contact information or any additional details, I will personally ensure that someone reaches out promptly to assist you.
