There was also a third phone call as well, may have been today, but the time appears to have been blacked out, some of the numbers seem to partially obscured for today or the last time you called making it difficult to fully verify all contact attempts. While I do not wish to make excuses, it is possible that both my team member and I were engaged on calls at those times, which may have prevented us from answering immediately. Please be assured that I have carefully reviewed all emails and voicemails from the month of February and did not find any messages from a Dave White. Nevertheless, I am committed to providing assistance and ensuring your concerns are addressed.
